The window inquestion would hang with the last message in the status line of Form Designer as far as I remember being something like "Trying to open the XXX table", where XXX was my table name. I have since upgraded those PCs to Win95 so I don;t have that problem anymore, but you're definitely not the only one with this problem. I don't think it's NT this time however, because I had designed that window in Win95 at the time. Both NT and Win95 were opening it, Win 3.1 did not.
