TABLE=The table where your object code (compiled source) is located.

KEY=The row or name of the object code (compiled source).



Lets say you have your source code in the "SOURCE" table. And lets say the name of the program is "PROGRAM". And lets say you compile it using the sentence...



BASIC SOURCE PROGRAM



Then to run it you use the sentence...



RUN SOURCE PROGRAM



Its that simple.

If you are tired from writing RUN TABLE PROGRAM from TCL,

you can use the VOC table.

1) You can write TCL scripts here ... first line=field contains three letters ... TCL in this case. Other lines are the TCL commands

The ID in the VOC table "defines" new TCL command in this case.

I never use complex TCL scripts, therefore I'm not much experienced with this.

2) You can use SETPROGRAM TABLE PROGRAM command, which creates

row called PROGRAM in the voc table with R/BASIC in the first line=field, and TABLE PROGRAM in 3rd and 4th row. This allows the system to recognize PROGRAM as a TCL command and/or use it as subroutines in other R/Basic programs.
