Occurs when a window is scrolled horizontally.

//bforward// = **HSCROLL**(//ctrlentID//, //ctrlclassID//, //value//)
 
==== Parameters ====
 
HSCROLL accepts arguments for the following parameters.

^Parameter^Description^
|//ctrlentID//|Has the format //WindowName//.//ControlName//, where //WindowName// is the identifier of the window that contains the affected control, and //ControlName// is the identifier of that control. Notice that a period separates the two values.|
|//ctrlclassID//|The type of control. Possible values are:\\ \\ __Type__ - __Description__\\ HSCROLL - Horizontal scroll bar.\\ WINDOW - Window.|
|//value//|New position of the thumb (scroll box). This value is within the designated minimum and maximum value for the scroll bar.|

True or false. If false, the program execution returns to the calling procedure. If true, the event processing goes to the next level.
