This property is essentially a wrapper around the normal TEXT property, behaves as if both [[getmaskedcharsonly|GETMASKEDCHARSONLY]] and [[setmaskedcharsonly|SETMASKEDCHARSONLY]] were set to TRUE, so in effect it is a "shorthand" way of accessing and updating the text can edited.
