Allows you to disable all existing (at the time the property is set) windows, or all windows that belong to the OpenInsight application.

**{{caution.gif?28x21}} Caution:**  Be careful when you set the MODAL property if it is already set. When you turn MODAL back off, you will undo the previous MODAL setting.
