For SCROLL, the Send_Message function has the following parameters.

|//Windowname//|A valid, executing window.|
|//Xshift//|Horizontal movement, in pixels.|
|//Yshift//|Vertical movement, in pixels.|

If //windowname// is valid, and //xshift// and //yshift// are valid, then the SCROLL message causes the window to scroll accordingly.
