==== Parameters ====
 
VSCROLL accepts arguments for the following parameters.

^Parameter^Description^
|//ctrlentID//|Has the format //WindowName.ControlName//, where //WindowName// is the identifier of the window that contains the affected control, and //ControlName// is the identifier of the control. Notice that a period separates the two values.|
|//ctrlclassID//|The type of control. Possible values are:\\ \\ __Type__ - __Description__\\ VSCROLL - Vertical scroll bar.\\ WINDOW - Window.|
|//Value//|New position of the thumb (scroll box). This value is within the designated minimum and maximum value for the scroll bar.|

True or false. If false, then program execution returns to the calling procedure. If true, the event processing goes to the next level.
