Batch files do not contain tabs for memory. So we modified the _default.pif to use expanded memory and set extended to none. We then modified the config.nt file and added emm=ram. Every time we launch arev we get an error message reading line x referring to the emm=ram statement. We put in below the himem.sys statement. Arev will launch and printing works fine, but queries on inventory crash the session. Appreciate anyone's help Dale ---- === At 24 MAR 2000 07:59PM Don Bakke wrote: === emm=ram Is this the literal and correct way to add extended memory support. I'm not familiar with Win2000 but typically you would enter a line like device=emm386.exe dbakke@srpcs.com SRP Computer Solutions ---- === At 04 APR 2000 08:46AM Dale R. Right click the new shortcut, change the memory requirements to expanded 4096, extended=none, and then change the shortcut to point to your batch file to run arev. -----------------------------7d025e29e0200-- ---- === At 04 APR 2000 08:56AM Don Bakke wrote: === Thanks for the update! dbakke@srpcs.com SRP Computer Solutions ---- === At 04 APR 2000 09:03AM garygnu@compuserve.com wrote: === Have another penny Mickey!
