When I run the batch file in WinNT that worked under Win95/DOS I get a Linear Hashing Service Error saying no TSR has been loaded, and that I can only use local files. Can I use the LH service executable from the AREV NT Service Pack? Help. If the Arev app is on a Novell Server, all is well; you only need to run the TSR before entering the program. I would do as Egbert suggests, and put the line in a batch file that is setup to be the "autoexec.bat" of the windows session you will be running in. An alternative would be to run the TSR in a batch file that also runs the Arev.exe file. As far as your question concerning whether or not the NT Service would be appropriate, keep in mind that the NT Service is a Server-based "service", so if your app is not residing on an NT Server, the NT Service wouldn't you a bit of good--by design. On the other hand, if your app is actually on an NT Server, I would (firstly) select a different driver other than the one you have now (the Ipx/Advanced Netware) and I would seriously consider the NT Service, since the NT Service w/NPP or the NPP alone present the only two options with which you can run Arev on Win95 Clients with an NT Server, without predictable data corruption. -Scott Revelation [[https://www.revelation.com/revweb/oecgi4p.php/O4W_HANDOFF?DESTN=O4W_RUN_FORM&INQID=NONWORKS_READ&SUMMARY=1&KEY=06E6E5F80D5DE6A08525663A00288D35|View this thread on the forum...]]
