Looks like you have a bad disk - perhaps you can contact Revelation Software and they can issue you with a replacement. Try installing it anyway on a test copy of your system - you never know - it may just work if the bad sectors are in an unused portion of the disk. Try several machines - I've seen cases where the diskette drive tolerances are out between machines just enough to get scandisk to complain.
