The simple truth is that Windows API work such as utility32 is time intensive and none of our clients currently need the completed technology enough to justify the expenditure required to complete it. (As a conservative estimate we have devoted about $35,000 of R&D to get it to the state it is now in). 



Unless there is a commercial imperative to reschedule we will complete it after the release of S/Web and associated products but this may be early next year.
