A pre command of 27 38 108 49 72 and a post command of 27 38 108 52 72 is being sent around the tray 2 process. Any help would be appreciated. If this fails, recall that some HP printers have an internal front panel menu function to print their own Escape sequences (which usually differ from the HP website codes, especially selecting on-board Fonts) We have also been known to capture a small test file to disk under Windows (after successfully printing what we want from wordpad.exe) and then dumping each chunk of hexadecimal following \1B\ and then trying to determine the sequence of escape codes which will work for your printer. Page size, reset, margins, raster print, font, tray number all have to be called in a specific sequence to work OK.
