We have been happily using the following line of code in the 16 Bit 3.7.4 product to set the Forecolor property of a button on a window, this highlights to the user that Notes are attached to a record which can be viewed via a launched Dialog window when the button is clicked. This code no longer works on our 32 Bit systems at versions 7.0.0 and 7.2.1, is this a bug ? I can't manually change the Font colour either in Form Designer for the Notes button, the 'Background Color' property is checked on the relevant window.
ForeCol=SET_PROPERTY (NotesWindow:'.BUTTON_NOTES', 'FORECOLOR', RGB + (RGB * 256) + (RGB * 65536))
The three RGB components are stored in seperate multivalued row so the user can amend the clour to their preference.
Any suggestions would be useful.
Thanks
Jon

Jon,
I believe this will be addressed in OI 8.0.

Does this also apply to non-alphanumeric shortcuts ??
I also note that when using the Alt-Key with the number pad numbers it is not recognised. Alt and any number returns a '?'.

Don- (and all)
We don't have any control over this- it was a change made by Microsoft in, IIRC, ctrl3dv2.dll, or something similar. So, as far as I know, we will not be able to fix this for 8.0.
