This is probably a simple question, but it's got me stumpped.
We are running an NT server with the LH service and Win95 workstations. I need to restrict access to the AREV directory via Explorer/DOS prompt to avoid accidental file deletion. I've tried various permission settings but they all end up with AREV not being able to read/write/delete files. What am I missing or isn't this possible?
Thanks,

The operating system is unable to determine an intentional/permissible file deletion from a unintentional/calamitous one.
The best possible failsafe is a backup.
