Yes, but you might want to be more specific in how you want to apply filters in order for me to tell you how to accomplish your task

Both of these can be done using third party Windows applications. Since OI does operate like a self-contained OS (ala AREV, Pick, etc) it does not provide these features. WinBatch is a contemporary and popular shareware for doing both of these.
