Tell me, when revlocks is held and nobody is using arev, is this caused by the LH SERVICE, or is it a native arev issue?  This has not happened to us before. Our backup system kicked in at night while someone was in a license, and I think this may be at the root of the problem--even though this has happened multiple times before without incident. What typically causes revlocks to be held?
