The "LHOpenFile" call failed, returning LH error number 1030, file

number 0, group number 0.  Unable to open REVLOCKS file at server.









We have also run FIXVOL on all directories, checked that SYSTEM USER has

full access to all files and directories and replaced permissions on all

files and directories,
