I have a question for all you gurus out there.
Some of our stores have recently discovered how to force a window into query mode, which allows them to circumnavigate some of our validation and lock-down routines.
Does anyone know how to disable query mode on a window? I've looked everywhere and can't find it. I really don't want to have to put a validation hook on all of our windows to trap for this, but I will if that's the only option.

How about putting a TSK! TSK! message in the replace query code and command?

In Paint Mode for your target window:
F10-"Advanced"-"Processes"-"Replace Processes"-"Window Query".
For example,
You can type "S" in "Code" field a subroutine N0_Query:
Subroutine N0_Query
call msg("Query disable",'','','')
end

While in the PAINT mode, have you looked at:
Advanced, Key Disable, maybe one of those will keep your users from circumventing things.
Or,
Advanced, Process, Perpetual-process, maybe add something there to capture the key strokes.
Or,
Advanced, Customize, Window Query/Index popup code and command, this looks the most promising.
