The Office of Indian Affairs took a hard look at purchasing our Government Job Cost Accounting System (GCAS) which is used by contractors to the Government for tracing their costs in accordance with CAS/FARs.  Indian Affairs was going to use it for their Fund Accounting effort but then decided against it.
