If running from a shortcut: 1) Run with XMS=none and EMS=4096. 2) Have Allow Screensaver and Always Suspend unchecked. When loading the TSR: 1) Load with /p. 2) Try increasing R to 32 and decreasing C to 30sec. Also, if running any scheduled utilities such as virus scanning, you may want to turn it off. I would basically try these in order as they appear. No one thing is a definite cure-all but in tandem these may help you out.
