Apparently there have been documented cases where EMS has been unable to be activated. A Canadian firm has caused this matter to be escalated to Level 3 Technical support within Compaq and with our case coming before them at the same time the matter is now in the hands of the Corporate Support team. Compaq have undertaken to arrange a Patch! We are grateful for their assistance with this critically important matter and look forward to a speedy rectification. Serious lesson for ALL Arev developers ..... check PC's out BEFORE purchasing in bulk so that such an occurrence does not become a very serious threat to the viability of your business.
