This is something I have been living with for a long time, but want to get it resolved now. Using OI 3.7.3 & Arev 3.12, indexes on shared files show in Arev but not in OI. List_Index shows 3 errors:

FS401: The "DICT.TABLE1" table has not been created or attached.

(In my previous post I thought this was related to Database Manager not showing the tree, but it is a separate issue.)

TABLE1, TABLE2 and TABLE3 do not exist in either Arev or OI. How can I get rid of these entries?
