Hi John - 



Thanks for the quick reply.  Just to clarify, they need the NPP even though they have been bumped with a LAN Pack?  There is no relation between the two?  And... they cannot use the network driver that they received when they originally installed the NLM?

No the NPP is a network driver.  A bump disk increases the user liscense.  And you can't use the one that came with the NLM because it is optimized for Novell, and does nto support Named Pipes which the NT service uses.
