I have successfully sent faxes using RTI_SendFax. I use OIPI to create a pdf file and then send this file as a fax. Microsoft then opens Acrobat Reader to change the format to a fax format. This slows the fax process and requires the user to have acrobat reader.

If the file format was in TIFF format to start with then the fax could be sent without any conversion.



I know that .TIFF (and many others) are available as a "save as" option from the print preview window in the .NET version of OIPI.
