I get the following error when attempting to run the FIXVOL utility:
LHOpenfile returned 1019 - 0 - 0
FAILED. Please see the file "FIXGCE.LOG" for more info.
The log file simply says:
LHOpenfile returned 1019 - 0 - 0
This seems to occur for each table in the directory.
I first downloaded the FIXVOL utility, unzipped it and tried it with the above errors. I then upgraded the app from OI3.4 to OI3.5 and then OI3.6. - same errors. I use the NT Service (V1.2) and was using the NPP 1.4, but have now upgraded to the NPP 1.5. I certainly have many tables exceeding 64Mb, and did have errors in those tables. However, as at now, those tables should be clean as I have copied them directly from the Customers production system which is running on the NLM with the IPX VXD driver.
I have followed your instructions to the letter. What am I doing wrong?

Nick,
That error states that serveronly mode is specified in the revparam file. So all you need to do is rename the file or edit it and change the 1 to a 0.
