Well after running all the updates, nearly 1 gb guess what.... The speed came back to normal So the moral of the story is check the server updates is done so it doesn't slow down your system.. So can I charge the client for all the time that was wasted and it wasn't our fault after all??? Not sure what your support agreement looks like, but in general I would consider this a billable charge.
