You didn't say, but I wouldn't use the "Copy data tables" option.
And, I don't think appbackup knows about the Arev32 tables like POPUPS, WINDOWS, MENUS and so on.
At the new location, create the user, then use appbackup restore to load your OI items. Then use the Database Manager to attach the data tables in their new location. Include the folder with the Arev32 tables.

I tried moving the data tables with APPBACKUP Restore option but it would not allow me to specify a different path so it put them back where they were before because we are on the same C: drive.
So if I want to build an app that I can move to my client's M: drive I'll need to map some drive to M: copy OInsight to a path that matches my client's M: path and use APPBACKUP to move the app there.
I would move the data tables and MENUS, POPUPS etc. with OI's copy table to the new volume, right?
