Set by select processor to indicate whether the current select list has been
resolved (and is therefore a list of keys in memory/paged to disk) or latent
(and is therefore just a pointer to the next record id in the file. If
@REDUCTION.DONE is set to 0, the selection criteria generated by the select
statement will undergo comparison at READNEXT stage, thus loading @RECORD.
Hence if @REDUCTION.DONE = 0, a further read is not required to load
@RECORD. Cannot be amended.
