In issue 8 of Volume 3 a symbolic called GAS_BAR was referred to which
displays progress through a file on a SELECT statement. In the pseudo code
it was suggested that the record count for the file be obtained using
GET.RECCOUNT. Bear in mind that @PRI.FILE will contain the file variable for
the file currently being selected; thus avoiding the need for parsing
@SENTENCE. The syntax would be REC_CNT = Get.Reccount(@PRI.FILE, Valid, "").
