A field mark delimited array of code and command sets for the window
pre-processes having the structure Code : @VM : Command : @FM : Code : @VM
.... The structure follows that of Postproc but the first field is not used
for Pre Application, this function being replaced by the PREAPP=@Code
Command@ modifier on the command line.
