When generating collector windows on the fly it should be remembered that
some template definitions are only used if the option flags are set to
indicate that these options are set.

To be specific, if

  * AMV
  * AMV_CNT
  * RECALC
  * RECALC_CNT
  * SOFT_KEYS
  * SOFT_DATA
  * RELATED_KEYS
  * RELATED_DATA
  * PREPROC
  * POSTPROC
  * REPROC
  * HELP_PROTECT
  * AMV_LINEAR

are set, then template field 20 (using Char(247) as delimiter) should be set
to true.

Similarly, if

  * REGISTER(1)
  * REGISTER(2)
  * REGISTER(3)
  * REGISTER(4)
  * XR_VERIFY
  * MAIN_MENU
  * START
  * UNKEYS
  * ATR_OVR
  * PERPROC
  * WEXPLODE
  * FREEFORM
  * W_ENV
  * REGISTER(5)
  * REGISTER(6)
  * REGISTER(7)
  * REGISTER(8)
  * REGISTER(9)
  * REGISTER(10)

are set then template field 35 (using Char(247) as delimiter) should be set
to true.
