Utility subroutine that will change the font of text within a window.
call Change_Window_Font(winID)
The function has the following parameters:

| winID | The SYSREPOSWINS key of the window whose font is being changed (APPID**WINDOW_NAME). If null, all windows in the current application will have their font changed. |

The subroutine will display a Font dialog box.
