Error EV106 (no lock error) when trying to save (OpenInsight Specific)

We used a FORWARD_EVENT on the WRITE event of a window it displayed the message "Update or Update Lock Error" and when we checked GET_EVENTSTATUS after the FORWARD_EVENT it returned the error code EV106, which is a "NoLockErr" according to the EVERRORS insert in the SYSPROG application.

What is likely to cause this error???

Could this be caused by the station already having a lock on this record?

Yeah, I checked ignore self locks and checked co-ordinate with table locks. This did cure the problem.

I keep forgetting about these things, and the fact that it is not the default setting on the forms, is causing problems through out our system.
