Truncated R/List report (AREV Specific)

Here's trying to print a long report, it will probably be about 300 pages long or 20,000 records. It basically and R/List command run on a table and redirected to the printer.
He finds that after approximately 30 pages its goes back to the beginning of the report and starts printing again. The number of pages that it gets to before it does this varies in each instance. He has run this report before and never had a problem.
He does not have a problem putting it to the screen and can see all the records. The moment it is outputted to the printer this strange behaviour occurs. We have tried printing from the Print option in the report viewer but it still occurs.
Any suggestions?

Try PDISKing it. If this works then it is a network/machine problem.
