All workstations are IBM 300 GL series, Pentium 266 running Win95 OSR2 pack
Using NT server 4.0 service pack 3
Users cannot print reports created in Report Builder but they can print from the System Editor (Printing from System Editor was a test suggested by Revelation Support) All workstations are as described above.

The problem of printing from Report Builder has been solved, the printer name had a space in it, guess Report Builder is more particular than Report Designer.
