I updated a customer license on December 21. Everything ran without issues until Jan 3. The new license runs from Jan 3, 2024 until 2025. On Jan 3 one of the 10 computers could not log in.
1ST MSG – The application was unable to star
1dIt gave a message Oengine.dll is not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or software vendor. On January 8, a work station that was working on Friday started giving the same message. So I ran the whole process on their server with the authorization code. The reauth program gives the message Successful. So now we have 2 workstations relating that error.
