You need to go to the system editor line and type
Run Declare_Fcns "DLL_OIPI_USER"
Run Declare_Fcns "DLL_OIPI_KERNEL"
Declare_Fcns is not running properly on install of OIPI.

FWIW we suspect this is a bug in MakeDLLPtr which is called by Declare_FCNS. Perhaps a RevSoft bod will SPR this?
