There will be other USA tracers available which will be more meaningful. You can use the link to time your connection and maybe determine the weak points.

We had the same problems yesterday and this morning - seems to have cleared up now though…
Definately seemed to be some sort of routing problem. Tried it from various other accounts ( CIS, AOL etc ) and it was fine. It was just our main account that was really really slow.
