I have been plagued with file corruption using AREV with Novelle, Win 95 stations, NT stations (as well as 3.1 and dos). I have just about sold the idea of purchasing a NLM for our server, however our lan manager wants to know what resourses the NLM takes ( I suppose he is talking memory) and also wants to know which Network product will serve both AREV and OI.
We are now using Novell 3.12 , OI 2.6 and the latest AREV version, however we have plans to go to OIW 3.5.

what resourses the NLM takes
A "default" 50 user system usues around 4-5m of ram. In the NLM documentation there is a formula that calculates the amount of memory necessary. You can download the documentation here

The NLM will work for both Arev (2.03 and higher) and OI
