FS1030 (OpenInsight Specific)

We have NT version 4.5, with service Pack 4.

We use OI 3.6.1

When accessing OI, the following message appears:

- All Networks Driver 1.4.1.0

- Error=FS1030

It is OK when the NT service is not running.

Any ideas please.
