The only SMS issues we've had are with AREV3.x if run in full-screen mode. That will crash the workstation requiring a hard-reboot. At one time we had a mis-configured OIPI under OI that caused screen corruption on one desktop. A re-install with the support files in WINDOWS\SYSTEM fixed that.
