Unable to set an Entry Point (OpenInsight Specific)

A client using OI3.5 is unable to define an entry point for her application. She claims that OI will allow her to go through the steps of allowing her to select a window but after she does this the Application Properties window won't display her selection. Furthermore, upon clicking the "Setup Entry Point" button again the "No Application Entry Point" has been checked again. This problem also exists for the Logon Banner.

This sounds a bit weird. I can't reproduce this here and I have never seen this behavior. Could it something to do with rights to the directory where OI is located? Maybe she doesn't have the specific rights to write to the file that stores this information.

This is a stand alone PC. I admit that it is odd and I wish I could be onsite to validate the claim directly but that can't happen in the near future and she needs to get this machine ready by tomorrow.
Therefore, can anyone tell me what record and table this information is kept in? I'd like to manually edit it if possible…although I have my fears that the record is encrypted somehow.

We are in a bit of a dire need at this point. Rather than driving at an answer to the problem, can someone tell me what record I need to look at? Since my copy works I'll just copy to DOS the appropriate record and have her copy it in.
My goal is to be able to get this to her before I leave tomorrow (Tuesday) evening for Santa Clara. Your help is greatly appreciated (and you won't get any scowls over the video conferencing either .)
