Runtime Error RTP16 - need urgent help (AREV Specific)

Recently we upgraded from AREV 1.12 to 2.03. One of the program that worked fine keeps on breaking now with "RTP16 Line 1 B10 variable has not been assigned a value, zero used" error. Nothing has changed in program. Basically it creates a text file with the info extracted from different fields. Very similar program runs fine. Need urgent help, all help greatly appreciated. Thanks.

RTP16 is Xlate so look for unassigned variables in an xlate call. Do an R or a PS in the debugger to work out where it is being called from.
