Disappearing Controls in Window (OpenInsight Specific)

I can't tell you how to reproduce this one - we had a form in OI 3.6, that has been fine for quite awhile. A couple small changes were made to it, and when we pull it up in the form designer, the entire menu and some controls are missing. This happened once before with a different form, and we just recreated it.

I don't have the exact count, but we're not even close to 115 controls. We've already recreated the form (I did save the corrupt source) - I'm just trying to find if this has happened before, or if anyone knows how to salvage what is in the source record. My guess is that there is something in the record that causes the designer window to stop reading in the information, since the controls seem to be defined in the form source - and yet they don't appear on the screen.

This particular form - yes - although the other time this happened (in 3.5) we weren't using a style sheet.
