Toolbar images not showing in OI7.01 (OpenInsight 32-bit Specific)

Sounds like something didn't load right during your upgrade. I would try it again to see if it resolve this for you.

I experinced the same problem and it was due to missing system BMPs from the OI/BMP directory. I copied all of the BMPs files from the my backup system's BMP sub directory to my current BMP system sub diretory and this resolved the problem.
