I have a problem,
Seven sites running the identical software.
* Arev3.12
* NLM 1.10 (server), 1.12 (Client)
* Netware 4.10
* Citrix V2.3
Five are no-problem. The other two are "losing" records. Not sure when they are disappearing or how, but they are. It is not a programing error (looked through all the source, no DELETE commands or COPY with the (D) extension). Suspect it is at the Netware level?
Suggestions? Comments? Help!
Thanks,

Most likely, unless you are getting GFE's, your problem is within Arev. If a Netware level process were doing any deleting, it would know nothing about the LH filing system, and would thus corrupt it.
Have you checked:
Access rights of the users
Files are RWS
TTS has been disabled for Arev locations.
Writeback caching software is disabled.
I'm with Victor. You can't just have records deleting without file corruption occurring.
I'd suggest in addtion to all his ideas to add an MFS and see where the deletes are happening from.

Are the records actually gone or could it be an indexing problem?
