Problem using nt service on two servers (Networking Products)

I should say that I have mapped a drive to the data on the other server, I have full rights and this mapping seems fine even when this error occurs.
If I stop the service on one of the servers, the application can attach fine. (the problem with this is that the users on the other nt server suffer a loss of performance, because the service is not running).
I would appreciate any help or advice on this problem as ideally I would like to use the nt service on both servers.
