Is anyone else having problems with autosize width of a group box, and accelerator keys only showing up in an MDI frame when Alt is pressed?

OK the autosize is there but sugeesting it is OI32 is a red-herring. Basically I was using a group box to provide a single line across the screen so the left/right/bottom of the box were outside of the screen area. This creates the effect I described. If you move the group box s that the bottom is visible on screen (left and right still off screen) then all is fine.
So an undesirable behaviour but not OI32 specific.
