We've tried all possible the configuration options, but cannot eliminate a "frame format error" upon starting AREV when we first load LHIPXTR (works fine without it). Has anyone else been able to get this working?
Thanks in advance for any help.
In the network properties for IPX, have you checked the Frame Type to ensure that its 802.2 and NOT Auto? Are you stacking protocols such that TCP/IP is above IPX/SPX? If so, remove IPX and then re-install it below IPX/SPX. Sometimes protocol stacking causes problems. I assume you're using AREV 2.12. What version of the NLM & Netware (4.x or 5.x)?
