Fire and forget a windows app on NT/2000. Suspend exit problem. (AREV Specific)

Comspec is set to cmd.exe. From a manual suspend I can call the exe from the command prompt and the prompt is returned to me immediately. On suspend exit / pc exit / pcperform Arev waits for the called exe to terminate before continuing.

Any Ideas?
